Epavli Grace sits in the centre of Chania, one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful cities. The White Mountains rise to the south, and the surrounding landscape is rich with olive groves, citrus trees, herbs, and wildflowers. It’s an island where fresh produce arrives at the market daily and tavernas still cook the way they always have. The Central Market is a two-minute walk from the hotel. The old Venetian Harbour is ten minutes on foot. You’re in the middle of things, but on a quiet street.

Sightseeing
Chania's old town is a mix of Venetian, Turkish, and Byzantine architecture, with narrow lanes that open onto harbour-side tavernas, neighbourhood restaurants, and small shops. It's a city that rewards walking, and most of what you'll want to see is close to the hotel.
Beyond the city, some of Crete's most remarkable landscapes are within day-trip distance. Elafonisi Beach, with its pink sand and shallow turquoise lagoons, is about 90 minutes by car. Balos Lagoon and Falassarna Beach are around an hour west. The Samaria Gorge, one of Europe's longest, is accessible as a full-day hike. Our front desk can help with routes, car hire, or organised excursions.
