Boutique suites in the heart of Chania

This was a perfect hotel for our four nights in Chania. It was relatively close to the Old Port, but far enough away that you could escape some of the hustle and bustle at night. The staff was very attentive and the room cleanings every day were immaculate. The bathrooms were some of the cleanest hotel bathrooms I’ve seen. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious. Honestly, I would qualify it as one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve even had. The fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing. I would definitely stay here again!!

This place is fabulous as far as a town hotel goes. It is only few minutes walk from the old town centre, It is super clean and everything is well maintained. Rooms are modern and has everything you would need. If you cant turn off the light on the ceiling fan it has a remote for that (found this out on a hard way after a night out battling with wall switches) lovely breakfast spread with loads of choices. The shining star for me was the staff! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They ALL made us so welcome at every moment of our visit. Reception cats are a nice bonus if you like animals! Thank you all for looking after us so well!!

Exceptional service, with a big shout out to Christina and Yanis, this place is wonderful! Upon arrival they provided recommendations on tours/excursions then contacted all the companies and booked them for us. One of the excursions was before breakfast so they packed us a to-go breakfast free of charge. They are always wonderful to chat with, asking about the day and providing more suggestions on where to go, or where to avoid. The rooms are very new/clean and the location is great. Very walkable location to the Old Town Harbor while being just far enough out to be quiet. Would absolutely recommend to any travelers.

Great compact hotel near shops, bars and restaurants, only a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Staff were friendly and very attentive, rooms modern, spacious and very clean. Great breakfast from 8-11 which suited our group. Highly recommended and good value too…

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, it was too short. The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the city center. The rooms are spacious and pleasant, and above all, the staff are extremely kind and friendly.

Above everything else, the service was first class! Particularly Yiannis and Christina at the front desk and Christina at breakfast. They were all there to help with anything and everything. We stayed at a 5 star hotel in Athens after our visit to Chania and the service was the same if not better at Epavli Grace.
The rooms were modern and fresh. All the amenities you’d need, including some nice extras. The only thing I’d consider adding in the rooms is a tissue box. It wasn’t too warm during our trip but there was a fan and an AC unit in each room to cool the room for sleeping.
